Monica Korf founded the Virtual Lawyers group in 2013. She graduated cum laude in 1993 from the University of Pretoria and has been practising since as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary. She applied her 24 years of legal experience and her interest in the use of technology, innovative products and virtual portals, to develop and operate a successful Virtual Law Firm. She specialises in conveyancing, trusts, deceased estates, curatorships and commercial agreements.
Among other, Monica is a qualified non-practising UK Solicitor, she served as a member of the Cape Town Legal Practice Council’s Wills, Trusts and Estate Committee, is a member of the Association of Arbitrators SA, a graduate of the International Society of Arbitrators and Mediators – Private Commercial Arbitration and served as an Examiner of the Cape Town Legal Practice Council. She lives out her passions for ballroom dancing and traveling through the use of this innovative flexible virtual business model.
